Customers say
Customers find the fitness tracker tracks steps and heart rate accurately, has good battery life, and is suitable for work. The watch receives positive feedback for its quality and value for money. However, the functionality and ease of use receive mixed reviews – while some say it works great and is simple to use, others report it stops working after 3 weeks and find setup complicated. Moreover, the charging cable is a concern as it doesn’t include a charger, and customers report durability issues with the device breaking right away.
