How do I adjust the intensity or speed settings on the vibration plate?
Please enter custom mode to adjust the speed first
1.Press the “Hibernation” button on the remote to activate the device.
2.Use the “Time” button to set workout time before starting.
3.Select a mode by pressing the “p” button. Press four times to enter custom mode.
4.Press the “Start” button to begin the workout.
5.In custom mode, use the speed buttons (+/-)to adjust intensity.
Tips:After the machine vibrates, the Time Button can no longer be used to adiust the time
Why can’t the remote control accelerate when I use it?
We need to adjust the vibration plate to custom mode before we can speed it up during use.
Can I increase the exercise time while using it?
The exercise time must be set before the vibration plate is started. After starting, the time cannot be increased or decreased. The exercise time can only be reset after shutting down.
