Can I use this mat on my bed?
Yes, it can be used in bed as long as your skin is touching it. I recommend putting it on the bottom where your feet are, on top of the bottom sheet.
Can I get the same benefits by standing or lying on the mat?
Yes, it will work providing your skin touches it.
Does bare skin/feet etc have to be in contact with the mat for it to be effective? I wear shoes when working.
You can put it on your desk and the keyboard and mouse on top of the mat.
How do I wash or clean my mat?
I usually clean the grounding mat with a clean damp cloth and let it dry.
